Energy Certificates

Energy Assessments are now a legal EU requirement on all Scottish properties for sale and all domestic and commercial properties available to let.

From the 1st of December 2008 all Domestic (residential) and Non-Domestic (commercial) properties for sale in Scotland now require a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). From the 4th of January 2009 all Domestic and Non-Domestic properties for let also now require a valid Energy Performance Certificate.
